REFUNDS - We hope you are satisfied with your purchase from The Tubador. If the item did not meet your expectations, we will make every effort to correct the problem within a timely manner. If you wish to return the item, we will be happy to issue a refund in the same form of payment in which it was purchased, excluding shipping charges. Returns must be shipped back at your own cost.
